i liked the hotel's proximity to many attractions. the national mall was just one block away. i thought the kids play area was a nice touch. the outdoor patio at the back was ok for a quick break.
i found the pool hours a bit short. it closed at 8pm , made it hard to use after a day touring.

The front office supervisor, christopher joseph, were very helpful during a difficult time. He was accommodating to our needs. lu, another member of the staff, were pretty good too assist us with our requests.

the hotel includes a breakfast buffet that offered good choices for a quick start. a back outdoor patio provided a space to relax during the afternoons. the hotel features a kids play area for families.

The train nearby created a lot of noise. I had a hard time sleeping at night. It was also difficult to get a hold of staff when needed. The hotel could definitely use some updates. It wasn't the worst stay, but I likely won't return.

The location was fantastic. It was very close to the Air and Space Museum. My room had coffee that was restocked daily, a nice touch. The room itself was also VERY spacious!!!
There was a very slight issue with noise from the air conditioning units.
